Field Sales Representative -LED driver products
Position Overview:
Responsible, within an assigned geographic territory, for the sales of LED driver products to distributors, end users and contractors. Additionally, is responsible for working with Engineers and Consultants in furthering the specifications of LED drivers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain a comprehensive list on both current and prospective customers for use as a data base to establish sales leads. This list will be compiled from project announcements, local newspapers, and business directories.
- Travels throughout assigned territory to service existing and future customers to solicit orders or prospective for opportunities.
- Displays or demonstrates products by using samples and catalogs, and emphasizes unique Burndy features.
- Provides information on prices, credit terms and other term conditions of sales.
- Estimates date of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of delivery schedules.
- Prepares reports monthly on business conditions, lost opportunities, and keeps expense account records.
- Works within assigned expense budget.
- Meets or exceeds sales quota on quarterly and annual basis.

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
